Don't use this lawyer worst representation. I have to file for bankruptcy twice because he didn't do his job right the first time around...honestly now I understand why lawyers have a reputation of thieves...don't let appearances fool you...this guys IS as dumb as he looks

I used Mr. Hanna last year for my bankruptcy. In hindsight I question some decisions that were made. First, he thought it best I file Chapter 13, because I was on the borderline of qualifying for the Chapter 7. At the hearing, I was in front of the judge who asked me why I did not file Chapter 7...and he suggested I come back to court to have it revised in a year. Well, that would cost another attorney fee I am sure! So I am paying $100 month for 5 years and it may not have been necessary. Another issue I have now looking back -- at the time I was filing for bankruptcy, I was also behind in my rent payments. Mr. Hanna said I could include that in my bankruptcy and all I needed to do was run to his office with another $200 and he would revise the paperwork. Well, as it turns out, I could not include it in my bankruptcy because the other attorney filed something on his end and it was not permitted. Instead I was so behind on payments that I was evicted. When I inquired about it, Mr. Hanna told me the other attorney must have known a lot about that type of law (rental, eviction, etc.) so he knew how to stop it from going on my bankruptcy. He said he was not counting on the guy to know how to do that! I asked for my $200 back and was denied. So long story short, I filed bankruptcy, I pay $100 a month to the Trustee for 5 years, and I do not have a clean record as you'd expect after a bankruptcy -- instead I paid extra and now I have bad credit all over again because I have the eviction on my credit. The communication was so poor that I had no idea Mr. Hanna would not be meeting me for the hearing. He has a very nice woman who actually goes with you in front of the judge. It would have been nice to know that. I had maybe two minutes with the lady and then we were in front of the judge. She did not know me or my circumstances at all. Overall not the best experience. I paid a lot of money and I am no better off than I was before.

I called through legal access who told me the lawyer will do phone consultations and then was told by the person answering the phone they do not. she was not the nicest person on the phone. Spoke to me in the tone of I should know that. I am glad I will not have the opportunity to follow up with this attorney if that is how his staff is treating callers.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Thomas Nanna directly. I stated my issue to him and he gave me time to come in. I asked if he needed any additional info from me while he had me on the phone and he said no, he would get everything they need when I get there. When I showed up for my appointment he barely even walked out of his office just to tell me he cannot help me with my issue and that I am waisitng his and my time. Then why tell me to come in???? I spoke with him and told him what it was about before showing up. He wouldn't even look at me when speaking. He was very unprofessional and spoke down to me the whole time. I was ready to pay just to have an advice on how to proceed with my issue. He waisted my time and my $$$ that I paid for a baby sitter. And he didnt even jad the decency to apologize for his own mistake. Aweful, aweful experience.
