I will tell you a small story. This man had completely screwed my life up. When I was charged back in 2001, my family and I hired him to represent me, after the second attorney go around. He did get a second charge dismissed, even tho any idiot could have. The problem was is that when he went to my plea heading in 2004 he sold me out. He was to do a deposition on my alleged victim 7 months prior to my plea hearing. He told me he did it and I could not get the "minutes" from it cause it would "piss off the DA". So I go to court and ask for it again. 
I was told no by my own attorney.
I also was told that I had to go to jail that day instead of the 30 day furlow prior by this idiot. So when the time come to be sentenced, the judge said u will be remanded right now. I told him what this bozo clown told me. He said no. I told the judge then I want a trial instead of the plea.  
The judge called him and that "bag" up to the podium and asked what the issue was with it..and Don knew that there was no depo...on the alleged victim. So what ever was said the judge come back and said he would give me a 2 week furlow. 
I was sentenced. I went to prison two weeks later. After being smart finally and doing my own research I found out that this stupid attorney lied right through his disgusting mouth that no depo was ever filed and I was through under the bus. If you get this man to be your attorney please be smarter than i was and double check his work and his word cause all this jack ass cared about was a dollar in his pocket. If i had a real attorney instead of a clown I would been much better off. I do not refer him to anyone and I would only hope you don't accept this idiot for your attorney. I asked him bout it after and he just said...oh I wouldn't have done that. Well ...you moron...you know I wouldn't have given in if u did tell me the truth. 
Please find another attorney...if you don't you will be very very sorry. He does not deserve your business...and or does he deserve the right to have your freedom in your hands
