I hired Mr. Benenfeld from previously firing another workers' compensation lawyer that did nothing on my case.  The old lawyer never returned my calls and his office and his staff never had any information on my case whenever I would call.  I fired him and his office and hired Mr. Benenfeld.

It was such a huge change.  Whenever I called the office they were on top of their game, 100%.  They knew exactly what was going on in my case and they had answers for everything.  They always answered my calls and if they weren't available, I would get a call back very shortly and even an email as well to respond to my questions.  

They fought like crazy to get me all of my benefits and to get me a fantastic settlement.  Me and my family thank Mr. Benenfeld and his super staff for all their work.  I would recommend them to anyone that ever gets hurt!

David is the best in all of South Fl. i would definitely recommend him. He handle my case in a very professional manner, and knows exactly what he is doing! He got the job done. Results were tremendous. Thanks a million!!
