I came across David Sheldon during a very difficult and complicated legal situation that I was faced with. He encouraged me not to give up and offer personal encouragement and confidence in my case. I would refer any military service member facing a challenging situation, to contact David Sheldon, he is truly there to help and WILL!!!!! He and Mrs. T. Mitchell worked diligently to get a $186,000 debt removed. They gave me the confidence and hope needed through the entire process. They are now working to get my discharge upgraded to an Honorable Discharge verses a General Honorable Discharge. I have a feeling it will happen due to Mrs. T. Mitchell and Mr. D. Sheldon's tenacity. They do not accept no for an answer and they fight until they accomplish what you need. If you're looking for a great lawyer, they are the ones to contact.

I came across David Sheldon during a very difficult and complicated legal situation that I was faced with. He encouraged me not to give up and offer personal encouragement and confidence in my case. Because of his counsel and experience in military cases I was able to secure all that I had worked for so many years to achieve and not only was I successful in winning both my cases but was also able to restore my career and reputation. David thank you and you staff for all your hard work and efforts, no matter what time of day If I had questions or needed reasurance you guys were there. Contacted Mr. Sheldon to fix my discharge. He and Ms. Mask worked diligently to procure the evidence for my case. They gave me the confidence and hope needed to be successful and get my discharge upgraded. If you're looking for a great lawyer, they are the ones to contact!

David, Brooke and his team were prompt, polite, economical and gave me a quick victory. I was facing mobilization with both community and financial hardship. I asked for a delay. Not only were orders canceled, but I was allowed to remain serving my country as a drilling reservist and not placed in the standby reserve.

Looking at other reviews (not only listed here) I am impressed to see David's experience, expertise, and results. I am disappointed with the results for my BCNR, and security clearance actions (as David recommended) with an already Honorable discharge received from the SECNAV, US Navy. I was hopeful we could navigate the US Navy beauracracy regarding DSS denial of my clearance, with the assistance of a leading Wash DC attorney, but it has been more difficult than my family and I could ever have imagined! Thanks..
