As I am one of Ed's friends this may be biased, but here goes anyhow.

I know many of his clients either through mutual friends or just a random chance meeting, I have never met a dissatisfied client. His firm provides excellent consultation and their advice is direct.  I referred one of friend's to his firm, based on her situation she unfortunately couldn't do what she was hoping for.  However over time she appreciated his team listening and explaining to her why, and she eventually came to terms with their advise. This in itself shows the character of the firm, I can tell you all good things, but what if things are not to your advantage? Level setting expectations is critical especially during these times, and you don't want to be mislead in anyway.

I am a resident of New York who found myself in immediate need of an attorney licensed to practice in Monmouth County.  I needed to file a Motion to Dismiss an action filed by my husband, on grounds of unlawful jurisdiction. Rather than rely on my New York counsel to arrange this, I took it upon myself to locate a qualified attorney in New Jersey. I am pleased to report that a targeted Google search identified and prompted me to call The Law Offices of Edward R. Weinstein.  I took advantage of their offer for a free phone consultation. I was connected to an attorney who articulated expertise in the area of Jurisdiction Disputes, as well as an approach that was in sync with my expectations. I retained her to handle my case that very day.  I am more than pleased with results; the motion was retracted  by the opposing counsel before the first scheduled Court Date! All papers were filed in a timely and professional manner, and all phone calls and emails were promptly returned. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

One of the best lawyers I know.  Ed has the ability to look at a case and go directly to the core issues, understanding what is truly important to those who hire his firm.  While sensitive to the issues inherent in family law cases, Ed takes no hostages, and will fight until the end of the day to get his clients the results they deserve.

I had a great experience with Law Offices of Edward R. Weinstein from beginning to end.  Alison Sutak and her team were very supportive, attentive and responsive to questions. They explained every step of the the process, options, possible outcomes and next steps throughout case and were very easy to deal with and knowledgeable in related case law.  My experience with them and the final outcome were very positive.

I came in to their office on a Monday, and needed a Divorce Separation Agreement written in a hurry. They had it written up and the initial paperwork was completed within the week. The law office was very communicative and I felt they tried to give me a route to the least expensive divorce. My divorce was relatively easy, and it was completed within 2 months.
