Story

Our office has been in practice since 1998. We are one of only a small group of law firms in New Jersey with more than one attorney that practices immigration law exclusively.

We focus our practice in the following areas: US Citizenship petitions and interview representation (Newark & Mt. Laurel); Family Based Petitions and interviews; DREAM Deferred Action Requests; Consular Processing for Visas, including K-1 Fiancé Visas; I-751 Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residence; I-751 Waivers; ; Prosecutorial Discretion Requests; Deportation and Detention Defense; Deportation Court; Motions to Reopen; Post-Conviction Relief Applications; and Immigration Consequences of Criminal Convictions Analysis.

Our attorneys bring more than 32 years combined experience in the field. Both partners are members of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association). For the past two years, Partner Angie Garasia has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine in the field of immigration law. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Chapter of AILA as Vice Chair. Partner Paris Lee currently serves on the Executive Board of the Immigration & Naturalization Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association as Chair-Elect.
