The partners, Tom Herren and Chuck Adams, have been practicing personal injury law together since 1990. In July of 2015, long time Lexington attorney Peter Perlman joined Tom and Chuck.
The firm is located at 148 N. Broadway (across from the Lexington Opera House) in downtown Lexington. Over the years, the attorneys have handled a wide assortment of personal injury and wrongful death suits, including cases involving automobile, motorcycle & trucking accidents, aviation disasters, legal malpractice, medical negligence and products liability.
