I went to John T Orcutt in November. The whole process from beginning to the end was more than expected.  Working with Amy in the short amount of time that I had was phenomenal. She was very helpful and very compassionate towards my situation. She was upfront with me letting me know everything that I needed to do and what had to be turned in -in order to get my case processed in a timely manner. Here it is January, and I am ready to go.

I was apprehensive about my appointment today. I met with Anita in the Fayetteville office, and she immediately put me at ease. She has such a compassionate spirit. She was very thorough. She explained my options and answered all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and has great people skills. Her customer service is second to none. Working with her was truly an answer to prayers.

Willing to help as soon as you begin talking with them. Answer any questions you are concerned about in the office and over the phone. They were not judgmental. Thank you for the help!

Ms. Anita was very nice. She explained the process to me and was eager to answer my questions. She was very patient and she didn't act as though I was asking dumb questions or too many questions. She was really awesome and I appreciate her helping me. She is very professional and friendly. Thank you for making me feel a sigh of relief when I left the office.

Wonderful experience meeting Anita. We were nervous to begin with but Her personally put Us at ease. Her attention to detail was remarkable. Really when We arrived everyone was so nice. We also were please to meet Becca. What a wonderful experience we had overall. Looking foward to working with Y'all. Thank You.
