The Law Office of John Orcutt at the Six Forks Rd. location provided me with excellent customer services. I was very skeptical in filing Chapter 13. I was assigned to work with Ms. Tina Moore she was very patient with me after emailing and calling her probably a million times!!!!! Within a week!!! I advise anyone who is thinking about filling to contact me. Orcutt Office and they will explain all the options you have and give you the best option for you. If you are lucky maybe you will be assigned with Tina Moore who I think is the best. Thanks Tina for everything.

I am SO pleased with the service I received here. Going through this I thought would be a nightmare but from the beginning initial visit I was treated amazing and everyone from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and they take your case seriously. I cant rave enough about Tina Moore and you should be lucky if you get her. She explains everything in detail where you can understand each step and she is willing to lose sleep for her clients and you can tell she LOVES what she does! She is always available for questions and always has a smile on her face and so confident on what they can do and stopped me on having a meltdown on SEVERAL occasions with her confidence. I am so happy she was assigned my case and that the John Orcutt staff is so amazing! THANK YOU ALL!

Filing bankruptcy JT Orcutt is the place to go. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The paralegal that assisted my husband and myself was the best, his name is Joseph Nichols he takes his time with you and explain the process in details step by step, I've had several paralegals and none can come as close to his experience. Mr Nichols make you feel very comfortable and not afraid to ask questions. I would suggest that you ask for Mr Nichols he is the best also he has a great personality. Thanks Mr Nichols. I never thought that I would file for bankruptcy, but working hard to just  have much of my income go toward bills was just too much. I couldn't believe how much money I saved by not having those bills. 

Tina Moore was the paralegal that I've worked with, and I love her personality! She was very funny, but she knew her stuff. She was efficient, clear, thorough, and very upbeat. I could only imagine how hard it could be to have such a wonderful personality while dealing with tons, and tons, and tons of paper work on a daily basis. 

I also liked the receptionist downstairs. Sorry that I don't know her name, but she's a sweet and kind lady. She offered me coffee on my first visit, which kind of surprised me. I wasn't expecting that. The entire office looks relaxed as if the employees actually liked working there. And I really love how the website is set up. It isn't cold and dry, but very reader friendly. I felt like the website was talking directly to me. 

I have read the reviews from other people and I appreciate how Mr. Orcutt responds to particularly negative reviews by offering solutions. I was a bit surprised that he even offered his own cell phone number to one individual who had a bad experience. That's how a business owner with integrity should run a business. 

So, thank you to everybody at the Law Office of John Orcutt at the Six Forks location for the wonderful job that you're doing!

I can describe my incredibly pleasant experience with John T. Orcutt Law Offices using two names...Kelly and Charlene.  Kelly & Charlene were so personable & responded to my emails and/or questions so quickly. The "Fantastic Call" from the law firm stating that my bankruptcy was complete right before Christmas was just unbelievable.  The firm and its Trustees just wanted to make sure I had a Great holiday...still can't believe it and can't help but smile when I think about that day!!!  :) Thank you All so very much for holding my hand through a very difficult time...you've changed my life and that of my family as well. Happy New Year and Much Success to you All!!!  XOXO
