We are very happy with Mark Hancock’s counsel and advice.  During my husband's appeal process, he was very prompt in returning calls, emails, and answering  questions.  He wrote an extremely detailed and excellent appeal.  He was very thorough in obtaining and reviewing our records, concentrating on the significant complaints and developing information about them, obtaining  medication lists and exploring the side effects. He worked very hard with my husband's many doctors to have forms and reports completed by them, which proved to be most helpful.  He explained and convinced us of the importance of getting a vocational opinion and the importance of applying for social security disability benefits.  I believe all of these things proved to be most useful in getting my husband's appeal granted.  If a need ever arises, we will not hesitate to call on Mr. Hancock again

I had a very positive, and ultimately rewarding experience with Mark Hancock.  At all times he was professional, informative and always patiently explaining the legality of my case. Mark was forthright  and honest  when offering his opinions about what the outcome could possibly be and in the end I was able to make my decision to pursue the case based on knowledge and not emotions.  I would highly recommend Mark Hancock.

My husband was referred to Mark Hancock by another attorney friend a couple of years ago to help us in a case against an insurance company.

Immediately Mark took control of the situation.  He contacted the insurance company and started proceedings against them for wrongful termination of the longstanding disability case.

He was able to get all of the records which proved that the company was dishonest in their dealings with my husband.  

Long story short, we were able to go to arbitration and obtain a suitable settlement.  We now can live our lives in a much better place than before when we were being cheated out of our insurance money.

I highly recommend Mark, and have in the past sent friends to him for his assistance.

Let me first start by conveying my sincere thanks and appreciation to the Law Offices of Mark E. Hancock for the efficient and professional service they provided in helping me win my claim for disability with Cigna Insurance Company.

David (Wayne) verses Goliath (Cigna):  I attempted to handle my application for disability by myself. It was a huge mistake. Needless to say Cigna denied my claim. I needed to appeal my case. Having been beaten down and my health declining I needed to find an attorney who was an expert in Long Term Disability/ ERISA appeals & litigation, had the heart of a lion, tenacious, professional while being compassionate.  My case was very complex and diplomacy and hard work were required to resolve it. My prayers were answered when I found the Law Offices of Mark E. Hancock. I really don't know what I would have done without him. He was truly been a blessing. When I met him I immediately felt like he cared about me as a person. He was always reassuring and displayed confidence during each of our conversations. He was very approachable and not stuffy like some lawyers. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of disability law with the way he handled my case against Cigna. He developed a winning strategy which included but not limited to getting the assistance of a vocational expert and developed special questionnaires for each of my doctors to complete which ultimately provided a more personalized picture of my overall health.
