16+ years! From the time I stepped into college, Melanie has been my go to gal! I can't say enough about her great efforts to keep me, my family, and friends in the clear!  I've even met people in a rut over their driver's license and told them call Melanie.  She shows true compassion when all hope seems to be lost! Take it from a person whose had the most unusual tickets and she won!

Melanie is awesome, very friendly and communicated very well with her clients. She does try to get the best outcome. I have used her several times and refer her to my friends. Highly recommend!

I want to start off by stating this is not to bash anyone I am going by my personal experience. I was not paid to do this. I am single mother giving a review based on my experience. On 2/14/17 Melanie Horowitz team/representatives went to court and enter a plea of not guilty. For the record its not Melanie who goes to court she has a team who does her leg work. On 5/2/17 the plea was changed to Convicted by Plea - Adjudication Withheld. I was upset by this because to me if you are going to change the plea shouldn't you advise your client. The plea entered and done on 5/2/17. I received a voicemail on 5/20/17 indicating you have no points and no school and court fees of $180. I am very disappointed because the traffic layers I used in the past get tickets dismissed with no fees. My opinion is I do not feel that Melanie's team even bother to try. Everyone is collateral damage. My opinion is traffic ticket layers and the courts have made a money making empire off of civilians traffic tickets.  As shown in the news judges and lawyers all work hand and hand doing favors for each other. Based off of my experience I would not recommend your better off going to court yourself or going to lawyer that someone you know has used in the past.

We paid her for 3 tickets and non of them was dismissed. We ended up paying court fee same as ticket original cost and paid her 3 times for 3 tickets. I will never recommend.

I was referred to Melanie through prepaid legal service in 2010 for a traffic ticket, and have been a client of hers ever since.  Melanie always takes time to explain the charges, possible defense options and outcomes, and allows time to consider my options and explain what happened.  When it comes to actual defense, Melanie has never been afraid of going to court, and has always been a true advocate on my behalf.  Honestly when I think of the kind of lawyer Melanie is, the word esquire comes to mind.  She really cares for her clients and is in my mind the most noble lawyer I've ever met.  Melanie is someone I trust very deeply and I truly appreciate the person she is and the service she provides.
