I have called Morgan and Morgan a couple of times for a legitimate legal problem. I get told you can't doing.  If that is true then you should be able to refer me to someone who can. Otherwise stop false advertising "for the people"

I sent an online inquiry, for a Medical malpractice question and was called back by a call center ( The rep did not know how to spell Terrace in my address ) and asked 30 minutes worth of personal questions such as mothers maiden name an ss number and come to find out they thought I wanted to claim social security benefits. This firm is too high volume for me to provide "personal " service.
