Michael was an outstanding attorney who fought tooth and nail for me. His patience and understanding was unmatched and his service was top notch. I used Michael to remove a few thousand dollars worth of liens off of title and he took care of everything quick and competently. I had a very unique situation. I was purchasing my first home from the builder a real estate transaction. I couldn't close on time due to some issues that were from the builder as well as the lender. Michael gathered all the information From me, also reached out to the builder/lender where I was purchasing the property from. He did a phenomenal job on getting the extension for me because I had a closing at the end of April. Made it seem so seamless for me. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to get my unique situation sorted out and get me close on time which I closed this week.  I highly recommend Michael Kuldiner For anyone that needs a motivated, honest,  also gets the job done right away.

Michael Kuldiner was always responsive, very helpful and intelligent, and always kept my best interests in mind and fought for me! He was willing to go out of his way to make sure I was fully protected in this huge process. I am very pleased with the service I received during my home buying process and would recommend him and his law offices to anyone.

My wife and I have been bouncing back and forth with preparing a will or establishing a trust. After several meetings with financial planners over the past year we continually found it hard to trust any of the providers. We then decided to meet with an attorney to get the truth. We meet with Dara Burns, from the Michael Kuldiner Law Offices and found her to have a full understanding of Estate Planning and educated us to make a quick decision to proceed with the completion of our Wills, Power of Attorneys and Living Wills with the possibility of adding a Trust at a later appropriate date. We found Dara to be trusting and made us finally feel at ease with the whole process.

I recently consulted Michael Kuldiner for a real estate contract issue. He was responsive, professional and quickly resolved case which has not been resolved for almost 2 years. I would highly recommend Michael Kuldiner to anyone in need of an attorney or professional consultant.
