Edward Kent  sent an agent for me to show one  property and after three days,  the agent from him came to me and asked me to pay her $250 for her work, because Mr. Kent refused to pay her for the  day that she showed to me the apartment. I did give her the money.
 Edward Kent will not return your deposit, do not pay professionals to clean your apartment.

Ed Kent is a scam artist who preys on the elderly. He uses their rental properties to make money and then doesn't perform his actual property manager duties. Also, despite being in his 70s, he calls women names because he has no respect for them. Sadly I've had to deal with him "managing" the property I rented. He does not answer phone or email (maybe he is better if he thinks he can sell you a house, he has a sad little office where rent is very cheap, just outside of northeast philly) and was quite creative with his language when I called him on the carpet about his negligence. When my husband called him to confront him about his actions, he was a very different person. Steer clear of this joker, he's a snake in the grass. I'd give this silly office zero stars if I could.
