Great Attorney and powerful advocate!

I was referred to Paul Novack and his team many years ago for an injury that was the result of an assault. Both he and Theresa were very knowledgeable and effective advocates. They got me a fair settlement and i have referred several people to their firm since then. I recently went back to Novack & Novack for representation after i was rear ended. They got all my medical bills paid and a handsome settlement for my back injury. Mr Novack even volunteered to reduce the agreed fee slightly to make sure that i was getting more money in my pocket.

The communication could have been better at times, but Mr Novack strikes me as an old school guy. He is a great attorney not the slick social media savvy types you see marketing themselves today. His 34+ years of experience shows and even though they are very busy, they get results and truly had my interests at heart.

Despite the negative reviews i see on here, i know my 2 cases were handled well and i know everyone i referred there has been very satisfied with his services. It seems like his practice business is built on referrals and you don't get referrals from clients you didn't help.

I would use again and i strongly recommend Novack and Novack to those who are injured. You need an experienced and powerful advocate on your side and that is precisely what you will find in Mr Novack!

I did not have good representation in an accident case and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this firm or lawyer to anyone.  I was the injured party and he did nothing to speak up for me or my case.  He is an attorney for the money, not to help people.

I have  gone to this attorney 2 times and have so far been happy with the attorney and his office. i was in an accident (not at fault) about 3 years ago and he did great for me. i didn't wait forever to get my settlement check and it was far more than i was expecting. this time i have hired him for my accident again not at fault and he is doing great. i send him emails and i get one back the next day if not that same day. I'll admit that you do need to stay on top of him which you shouldnt have to do but i like to be updated on how things are going in my case. he is a good attorney some people just dont understand that he has alot of other clients he is taking care of... or maybe im just patient. anyways i thought he was a good, just good attorney
