We had a terrible experience working with this law office for our construction financing. The paperwork was held up for weeks on end at their office. The lawyer/owner, Rob Kerr, gave us poor excuses about his staff, while his staff gave us poor excuses about the owner's office management. We were constantly following up, with no responses to emails or calls. Both our mortgage broker and construction finance representative agreed that they had never experienced such lack of communication and care when working with a law office. I would not recommend this business.

Great work! An excellent service, and right next to the law courts.
