Just have to say, I am not a big fan of lawyers for so many different reasons.  But Mr. Aminov is truly an amazing person and legal mind.  His guidance & calm demeanor brought my level of anxiety down a 100 fold and provided great information & guidance.  No doubt that I will not only refer clients to him, but if ever I am in need, He is my goto legal advisor

I can't recommend Roman enough!! His services are stellar, he is also very patient and caring. He will quote you accurately and if any additional fees occur, he will let you know right away. I contacted Roman about estate and elder care situation with my mom. He was very available by phone and email no matter what time of day it was! I have answered back emails at 12 PM and received a response from him right away. You will always feel like someone is on your side (Because he is!) in all matters that Roman handles and he will put your mind at ease. He even traveled to see my mom who is disabled and difficult for her to travel. He came to US on a SUNDAY TWICE. Yes, that's right - he is that dedicated. Roman was able to make a very difficult situation, work out in the end with a positive outcome. He was also great at doing research and advising my family in regards to a potentially catastrophic situation. When an unforeseen cost arose, he was kind enough to waive the fee and not charge us extra for it. He is a great lawyer with a big heart and I would choose him every time 100%. You're in the best hands with Roman, and also his paralegal, Sara is a pleasure to work with.

Have you ever had to sell a home previously own by a now deceased relative while maintaining the relationships between family members who are also beneficiaries? I didn’t realize just how stressful that could be before taking on the responsibility of being the executor of my mother’s estate.

This is why I am thankful for and to The Law Offices of Roman Aminov. His patience and professionalism, understanding and kindness and even constructive refocusing were exactly what I needed to get through the probate process and the sale of my mother’s property. He was considerate of my needs and took, what I felt, was great personal care in my well being, both emotional and financial.

I had a very pleasant experience and I owe that to Roman and his team. I would recommend The Law Offices of Roman Aminov ten times over.
