My sisters and I hired Jason after a family member ran off with our grandmother’s entire estate.  We all live out of state, and once we realized what happened, we needed to find someone to represent our interests quickly. We are very happy we found Jason. My sister and I were very frustrated with the estate of our grandmother not being managed well by the executor, so my sister contacted Mr. Stern to get legal advice.  After speaking to Mr. Stern we felt reassured that we could pursue legal action to get the money we were legally entitled to.  Mr. Stern pursued a very well hidden money trail and was able to get us an amount which greatly exceeded our expectations.    If we did not have Mr. Stern represent us, we would still be waiting to receive the money since the executor clearly had no intention of paying our share.  Mr. Stern is a lawyer you can trust and has compassion for people being victimized .  He worked  very hard to seek justice for us because once you lose a loved one,  the issues of an estate between contentious family members can be extremely painful.  Mr. Stern gave us closure to a matter that now has a happy ending.  If you are unsure about an estate situation like I was, contact Mr. Stern for legal advice.  He makes you feel comfortable and explains things without all the legal jargon.  He really put an end to a family divided, and gave us the justice and closure we wanted. Jason Stern is a great attorney and I highly recommend this law firm. My brothers and I live out of the state of New York and hired his firm with limited knowledge about them and we couldn't have done better. He and Matthew Hunter treated us with great respect, patience and delivered as promised. They handled a very difficult kinship case and left no stone unturned.

Jason Stern is one incredible attorney.  He is thorough, courteous, positive, knowledgeable - and absolutely unrelenting when fighting for the concerns of his clients.  He makes you ALMOST feel sorry for the other guys!   I and my husband are legal novices.  Jason made us feel completely at ease with him, while at the same time explaining the law and our rights to us clearly in a manner that was informative and wholly without condescension.   We trust him completely and that is the most important thing.   Thank you Jason Stern for making stressful legal issues as stress free an experience as possible.  We feel we are in good hands in your office and are lifelong clients.
