Let me just start this off by saying that Shane was awesome!

Our son was in an ATV accident while out with family friends in 2012. During the subsequent recovery time, we were getting the run around by both the family friends’ insurance company, who were trying to low ball us on a settlement AND our own insurance company that was trying to recover every cent it paid out for medical bills.
 
Shane Harward was recommended to us by an friend who also happens to be an attorney.  We are so glad for that recommendation.  Shane took care of all communication between both insurance providers and third parties and negotiated a settlement that was much superior to anything we would have been able negotiate ourselves.  Shane’s 18 years of experience working accident and personal injury cases was evident in how smoothly negotiations ran with the insurance companies and third parties after he was hired.  I would highly recommend Shane to anyone in need of an accident or personal injury attorney.

Shane Harward helped me at a time when other lawyers had rejected my case, and I was ready to give up. I had a terrible accident in another state (HI) that required two surgeries. Most attorneys were reluctant to handle the case because it was in Hawaii. They advised me to get an attorney on the islands, and to be ready to fly back and forth until the case was resolved. Shane actually partnered with an attorney in Hawaii to make sure I was adequately represented both here in Arizona and in Hawaii, with no travel necessary, and at no additional cost to me. He was responsive to my questions, honest, realistic about my case, and was great about keeping me informed. He gave me the opportunity and guidance to do my own footwork where possible, in order to save money on costs. However, if I needed his help, he was there and always offered to do everything he could to help me. Having been a legal secretary for personal injury attorneys for over 6 years, I have seen both good attorneys and poor attorneys in action. Shane is one of the good guys - he is just a terrific lawyer, and I am ecstatic to have found him. I highly recommend his services.

Following a car accident in which  my daughter and I were injured, we turned to Shane Harward to help facilitate our claim against the insurance company involved.  Even though the investigation took months, at all times Shane was courteous, efficient, thorough, considerate and there for us to answer any questions we might have. His attention to detail was remarkable, and his efforts resulted in a successful settlement for us. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Shane when legal matters need to be addressed.

The Law Offices of Shane L. Harward is by far the best law firm I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!!!  Instead of being treated like just another number Mr. Harward actually made me feel like part of the family.  I consider the money I have spent with this firm over the years to be one of,  if not THE very best investment I have ever made.  I used to tell a lot of cynical lawyer jokes to my friends and co-coworkers, but after having dealt with Mr. Harward that just didn't seem fair anymore.  Now I only tell jokes about greedy insurance adjusters, or doctors that commit medical malpractice and ruin people's lives.

I was having trouble with the defendants insurance company not returning my phone calls and refused to talked to me. So I decided to hire an attonrey. A co-worker refered me to Mr. Shane Harward. After speaking to him and getting his feedback, he made me feel at ease and confident that he would do whatever he could to help me. Within a couple of days, the insurance company called me to inform me I did not need a lawyer and we could settle without his involvement. Right. Mr. Harward did great research and never left me uninformed of the progress of my case. I am truly grateful that Mr. Harward was by my side and did not falter at any time. In the end, I was awarded what we had asked for, and this brought relief to my life. I will gladly refer him to my friends an family... and if need ever be again, I will give him a call again in a heartbeat. LD.
