I've been a tenant w Lawson Property Management for over 6 years. They treat me with respect & kindness. Cheryl Lawson is a great person & always fair. Their service is first class. They serve residents quickly & protect owners of their properties. Anytime I needed a repair it's been handled fast & fixed professionally. I recommend using their services whether you are a renter or property owner seeking to lease out a property.

Horrible customer service. We went in to put down a deposit on a property to hold it. So we had money in hand and had already been approved. They hardly knew anything about the property, and had horrible attitudes. The were just flat out rude. So glad we hadn't signed anything yet. We took our deposit and left. If they treat you that badly before you are even a customer of theirs, imagine how badly they would treat you if you were tied into a lease and there was nothing you could do about it.

Office Staff have horrible attitudes!  I was denied and was not told why....they said wait for the letter in the mail....that never came.  They don't rent on first come first serve basis.  They review all the applications and then pick the "best".....whatever that means.  I called to speak to "broker" myself but never received a call back. The listing said one bathroom and there were 2 bathrooms but I was told by the snobby office girls that I didn't know what I was talking about???

Bad, Bad, Bad... Please read all other posts and this post agrees with everything that has been written. There are other rental companies out there, go find another. Save yourself the aggravation. They received one star only because one had to be chosen to post.
