These people are the devils spawn. Karen Henson should be ashamed of herself having no empathy whatsoever for a senior being on a fixed income and making efforts to take care of rent. But what does this child of Satan do? Evicts her! I guess she's so far in greed she won't care who you are. Karen Henson you remember my words: One day you will have to answer to a higher being for all the things you done to people trying to keep a roof over their heads. I bet if it was someone she holds dear to her heart she wouldn't do it to them. Then again she has no heart doing what she does.

Horrible service. After moving out of my house I tried many times to contact Karen the real estate agent in charge of my rental. The only time she responded was at 7:30pm and left a voicemail saying she was busy. It took over a month to receive my deposit back. When I finally got a hold of Karen (when I called and asked to speak to the manager she was the one to come to the phone) she told me she had to charge me for weeds in the side yard(which were there when I moved in. Just a horrible experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. ALL the workers have an attitude. Do not use this company. There are plenty of other rental companies to use.

I walked into this office for general information regarding their real estate listings and it was one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever walked into. One woman got an attitude with me before I even said anything. They had no idea who I was and I could have been the president of the company. It is clear that these people do not care about their jobs or the customers they serve. I would not recommend doing business with Coldwell Banker out of this office.

Do not use for property MGMT! I left to Nevada with theme in charge of placing a tennat in my home 1yr later there out I'm on my way back in the house is trashed by the animals they let in no pet policy and they had 2 to 3 dogs a cat and the house smells like each animal they had. Diana is the worst person to deal with rude and don't look into anything you show concern too I told her they had animals she said no just 1 it's a service dog these ppl couldn't afford a service dog a real service dog. Karen isn't much better so far hard to communicate with complains about me calling and showing concern over condition of my.house, mayb they should rent me there home see how they like it! Please look else where unless you know them personally I feel like they don't take care of you.  STEER CLEAR IF YOU LIKE YOUR HOME TO BE CLEAN AND TAKEN CARE OF. I know they don't have control over tennat but they do screen and can follow up and they don't when questions arise they have a answer for everything so they don't have to leave there chair. My opinion only because that was my exp. Never met either one of them I started with Kelly shepard met her very nice polite young lady in shape didn't mind leaving the office, then she left it's hard to keep good people..either pay or attitudes will drive sum1 away. Look into other places tho seriously. If my outcome changes I'll update but I doubt it
