I brought my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter to her regular dental check-up, she was not wanting to be there at all, and she was very vocal about it. When Dr. Chery came in he saw the Mickey Mouse she brought with her and instantly began speaking to her in an animated voice to break her frustrated mood. Throughout the entire visit he sang everything he was doing, from the brushing of her "princess teeth" to the fluoride application. Best experience ever. Thank you Dr. Chery!

The reception and maintenance staff appear to hate their jobs; treat people with defense immediately, rather than common courtesy (simple customer service skills are lacking). The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are wonderful, quick, and friendly (which is the ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars). My well-child visit took 2.5 hours with no paperwork (I printed and did everything in advance, including on-line check in to expedite my time). The reception staff handed me forms at the end of the visit summarizing my visit...I pointed out the error and the receptionist said "this is what they have for you, so do you want it?" I told her I speak and read English and she threw it in the trash....Unbelievable. To make matters crazier in the reception area, the (roughly 6 members of the front office staff) we're openly laughing and making comments regarding a 17 boy who came in as an emergency; he was vomiting in a garbage can (seemed inappropriate that the medical staff gave him a dirty garbage can to vomit in opposed to a clean plastic bag or something... The place was in an uproar, rather than being professionally handled. The maintenance staff (2 older ladies) came out to clean the bathroom the young man went in, and the staff was still loudly making opinions about the boy and his condition- the maintenance staff slowly cleaned the opposite bathroom, then proceeded to the one that actually needed to be cleaned. The entire clinic is dirty (floors, chairs, walls). I am self-pay, no-sliding scale, and will not recommend or return to this office for future visits with my child. I feel really bad that such nice and professional doctors and nurse practitioners have to spend their time in this place.

Horrible -horrible place. Made appointment for 9am...got here at 8:30 so I have time to fill out paperwork if needed....We were not seen till 11:35am !!!!!
