They have gotten so hard to get a hold of for business purposes. Very inconvenient for communications

There has been a credit balance on my father's account since June 2016. It is currently May 2017. I have made several calls concerning this an even written a letter with no response. Their service is pretty bad. All they do is take your money, and they do that very well. The next call is to the State of Florida Department of Consumer Affairs.

This place is a HUGE, HUGE RIP OFF!!!!  A 28 day supply of Oxybutinin used by just about anyone over 80 yrs old costs $42 copay with these clowns.  So, a 90 day supply is over $130 and mail order pharmacy is $5.  Yes that is correct at least a $125 difference.  I was shocked and dismayed.  If you have a loved one in an assisted living facility and these people are supplying medications....stop and figure out something else.  They have no compunction or trepidation about ripping you off.
