My elderly neighbor recently locked herself out of her house and Adam came over within 1 1/2hrs directly after finishing another job to help her. From her phone call to their store he knew that she wasn't actually locked out, but that the door jams can swell with the heat and sometimes older people have a hard time getting their key to turn so it appears to not work.  Adam was so patient with her and showed her exactly what happens and how she can get her key to turn. He also made her 2 more keys at no charge. I highly recommend this company and Adam.

Outstanding service from this crew!  I’ve dealt with so many scammers in the past ,  these guys will be receiving my business for any future repairs needed. They replaced the lock in my office within 30 minutes . Quick , Reasonable Pricing , & very friendly Crew.

Adam was my service person who came to provide us with a lock and two new keys to our mailbox.   When the job was finished,  he provided me with a receipt which stated "please duplicate mailbox key in shop no charge."  When I showed up at the shop, Adam made me 4 duplicate keys at no charge.

I had my keys stolen and called Lazimi .  They came out the same day.  They were prompt, polite and knowleable.  I felt good that my house was secured.  He knew alot about the best types of locks to use.  I would definitely use them again.
