Outstanding service. I called to schedule an appointment at my house for some locks work. They quote me a price over the phone and schedule me for the next day. The technician showed up on time and did a great job. the job was done promptly and in timely manner. Good job. Nice peoples.

Good service, nice people's. I tried to get copy of my office keys with no luck. no locksmith or hardware store in the area could make it. This company is great. They locate the key and cut it for me in two minute. They have large selection of keys and they are fast.

Professional service , nice stuff. They change the front door lock in my business. They install a decorative beautiful glass knob. Everybody loves it.

Rude as can be. Found out I wasn't going to be available for the time he assigned me the day before. Called him at 6:00am to LEAVE A MESSAGE LIKE AT A NORMAL COMPANY when they are not open and he answered the phone, asked me if I know what time it is and why I was calling at 6am. I told him I was trying to let him know as early as possible that I would have to cancel. Needs to get an answering machine and not be rude.

THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF! I called them to do some work. The quote they gave me was  the "cheap" option or the "expensive" option. They didn't give a price on the work until it was done and it was 650.00 to replace a lock. What a complete rip off! BUYER BEWARE!
