Worst buying experience ever. Sold me a cargo van that broke down the same day. They tell me to bring it. When i bring it they just take off the check engine light that makes it run for a few hours and then it happens again, the van starts doing some weird noises under the hood and shutting off. Ive spent more than 700 in tow trucks and they refuse to either pay at least half of that or pay the tow truck to take it to the dealer so they can check it one more time. The sales person are really nice but management are the worst, specially Diana quinones. I dont know whos the owner but she have to be the meanest person ever and  the lack of customer service is incredible. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.  

All those ratings  are fake. They tell you i give you 20 dollars so you can give me a 5 star on google. Bunch ok crooks.

For been my first time expirience it has been outstanding from the first call that  Diana Mane  assist me all the way in the process .  Others dealers they said first time buyer help and is a hoax  here in LB Auto Trading I recommend the quality of the cars are 5 star thank you for make my dream come true

Joel was my Salesmen and he provided awesome service. He was very friendly an knowledgeable, the staff is very nice an they provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend LB Auto Trading for your next automobile purchase!

Went to purchase a car today from this company. I live 2.5 hrs a way and had been dealing with Joel for about a week on the car. 

Today I had a friend drive me down to purchase the car. I made the downpayment filled out all the paperwork and even had the temporary tag on the car. 

The owner pulled the car into the shop to put air in one of the tires when he did he found something with the car and told me he would not be able to sell me the car until it was checked out again in the morning. 

The fact I live so far away made it impossible for me to come back and when I explained that to the owners I was given a full refund and the company even paid for an UBER to take me back home 2.5 hrs away costing almost 200 dollars. 

This company is very respectful and can not recommend them enough if your in the area and need a car they should be your first stop

Thank you even tho we didn't get the deal done you will be my first choice always
