Bought a car from them which had some issues before the first payment was even made. Staff was nice and offered to have an affiliated shop look at it for a cheaper rate, but i still had to pay for a tow 2 times out of pocket. Communication is good but can be better when the customer needs something. Overall nice place and friendly staff.

I came into mint Auto sales to finance my first car they matched me up perfectly with what I asked for. Cliff was amazing but when it came down to signing Jeff rushed me through everything. On the way home that Thursday night the car broke down on me I sent them a text message and called but because I was the last customer there and they had already closed and everybody went home I didn't get an answer. I had gotten a response the very next day. They told me to come in on Monday and they will take a look at the car and go ahead and try and fix it, they said continue using the car as is and it's most likely my driving skills that is why the car is malfunctioning. At this point i feel disrespected and feel like I've been taken advantage of. The car again breaks down that friday ,Saturday, and Sunday while using it to go to work. Noted i work 2.5 miles from my home. Come Monday, omw to return the car it breaks down again. I've already had to pay out of pocket to tow the car 2 times which they didn't reimburse me for. After I drop the car off I explain my concerns to Jeff about how I don't feel like it's a reliable car and would like my down deposit back. I get the response of "I'm sorry it just doesn't work like that." I explain how all of this started the same day they gave me the car. I get this in return. "sorry, you bought a used car, it happens." At this point I'm completely done I asked Jeff for a copy of all the documents I had signed and there was a problem with that.  Jeff questioned me on why i wanted them and started raising his voice. It took a little less then an argument to finally get the copies. So not only was their customer service poor but also was disrespected, belittled, and straight out robbed. This whole experience was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend mint auto sales to anyone.

Well like every car dealership they are your buddy buddy and promise you the world then when is time  for them to come through on there end not a man of the word .Sam our sale guy appears to be great and honest guy but apparently the car business has blacken his heart character and  personality.  I was promise the second key to my vehicle which he said would be sent to me when the registration was prepared but apparently and mysteriously they don't have another set. Now Sam if you read this I am Carlos that drove from St. Petersburg to make sure you got a commission off  the purchase of the 2011 BMW 750li. Now if you work for a great company that pride them self  on making everyone happy and making sure everyone gets into a car then I am pretty  sure you can keep your word as a man and send us the second set of keys as you promise. I was very pleased with my service today at Mint Auto today they helped me and my mom received a very fair deal on a excellent condition Nissan. The financial guy Mr.Jeff helped us get a wonderful deal on a new car. We also had a very helpful man named Mr.Sam he made sure we picked out the car just for us. The service was very fast and the people were great they offered us food and something to drink. These are wonderful people I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car they went above and beyond to help us.

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and professional! Jonathan is amazing,. he assisted me in getting the car i wanted, I can't thank him enough. Thank you mint auto you guys are awesome!!!
