Story

For more than 20 years, Bill Bauer (r) was Lew Barber's go-to man for electrical work. The two men shared knowledge as they worked side by side. So, when Lew retired, it was an easy transition for Bill to buy the company and rename it LBB Construction.

To expand his established team, Bill hired Lou Alloway, as GM of operations and sales. "I went after Lou because of his management skills from kitchen remodels to historic restoration," Bill said.

"It was an easy move," Lou said. "I have worked with Bill for over 30 years. And quality was always his top priority."
