Scheduled and prepaid a massage days in advance. Received a confirmation and everything day-of, came all the way here and... "the therapist isn't here, we'll have to reschedule" are you kidding? Get it together

Wonderful experience here yesterday..Very clean and organized space..I went with the cut and deep condition. The deep condition was excellent, and it really helped my hair..

Devin was the BEST :) she was awesome at the massage, the facial, and overall make it a relaxing time.  :) I sent my man to her as well!

Staff are very professional and knows what needs to be done on each individual person hair. Massage service is great as well. I highly recommend this place & been going the last four months. Great product for hair treatment as well.

HORRIBLE.
Canceled my appointment 2 hours before. Claimed I had not confirmed the appointment when I had. Claimed they called me to reschedule but they did not. Would not allow me to speak to the supervisor or even give their name. Were extremely rude to me and placed the blame for their confusion and mistakes on me. Hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I scheduled my day around my appointment here and wasted my entire morning dealing with their incompetence. This place is the worst of the worst. Do not go here.
