This nail salon was highly recommend by another mall.employee. she suggested i.go.see a certain.person. 
1. I go into the salon.and ask for the girl the guy henry says the girl.didnt work there... 
So he sit me down with someone else... 
2. The lady that started my nails did not listen to.me.at.all. 
I showed her a pic of how i wanted my.nails done.. she said ok ....then she proceeds to.tell.me.about gel.powder i ask her was it better.then arcylic ... she said yes.i.told her.no.next.time... she messed.my.nails up

The owner had to fix my nails. I wanted coffin the lady gave me square bulky nails. Then a different lady gave me a pedicure .... the owner fixed my nails the way i wanted them i loved them. My toes were awesome.. so at first my nail experience was going bad but then they fixed it... then thats when all hell broke loose at the cash register 

my full set and toes were $85. I asked before i received services, how much it was... the lady that started my nails gave me gel full.set  ,when i asked for acrylic...
 i didnt know if it was gel or not. never had gel nails. So that was 35, 10.xtra for no.chip polish... my toes were supppose to be 25 they were 35 then she charged me 15 for no.chip when Henry in the begining already told.me price. For the polish was 10 . so when i say this , the lady tells me.henry is gone ..she proceeded to be rude and argue with me ... ..VERY PISSED... i dont mind paying but dont get over on me... i paid and walked out cursing they ass out. So my overall experience ..was a 1 

Oh and the girl that henry said didnt work there came in the salon.about 30 min after i sat down.. i asked her if she was such and such she said yes ....... LIARS....
 how can u stop your employee ( not your race ) from getting new clients to push them onto your people..  SHAME ON YOU

My wife ended up having a staff infection on her toe and ended needing surgery due to lack of proper cleaning conditions and was in pain for months on end. Her toe nail fell off and now refuses to ever go back to any nail salon because of this service. The service is unfriendly and unwilling to keep a conversation with the costumers.

Horrible , horrible , horrible service! Do not WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They suck at customer service!!!!! They rush and your nails end up ugly!!!!!!!! Never will I come back!!!!!! NEVER!!!!

I don't really like giving bad reviews but I got a full set with a simple design, which is really just 2 colors on the tip and the lady that did mine was rough and she got nail polish underneath my nails, on my hand, and she didnt make the tips as wide as she should have. She also put the clear top coat on then did more filing on my nails, my sister in law was with me and got the same thing and she got charged only $35 and got lotion massaged on her hands too but I got charged $45. This is the worst service I have recieved at a nail salon.
