The man who did my fingernails was horrible, anytime the LED-light went off and it wouldn’t come back on and he told me to move. He could have said excuse me. I waited 35 minuites to get them done. NEVER AGAIN. But i absolutely love Nancy!!

The service was okay.  Nail techs did a good job on nails and pedicure. Professionalism is absent due to discussing past customer's issues. I left both technicians a tip for their services. However, I found that someone decided to add $20 extra to my credit card on top of the tips and service fees that I already authorised. They did nothing worth $40 tips. I gave $20 tip and they stole another $20. I was coming back and bringing other people despite minor flaws, but I will never go there again. I was more than generous and then someone steals extra money. This business will fail quickly at this rate.

I went in and asked for full set of nails, the older guy talked me into gel set... (bologna) I saw he was clearly using acrylic powder, I mentioned it to him..”are you sure this is gel?” He seemed a bit offended and said no not acrylic, this gel... anyways I’m not stupid I just went ahead with it for fear of him doing a messed up job , also had limited mommy time and needed to get back home..... then he gonna sit up there a put a gel clear coat on top and ha w me sit under the light.... ummm I can do that myself at home... $5 extra dollars wasted. Because a week later the paint is wearing down... won’t be going back.. good full set of acrylic though. They need to get their facts straight... gel does not come in powder form ... duhhh it’s gel!

Horrible. Got my eyelashes done and they were falling out before I got home. I went back to tell them and to also show them how one side was fuller than the other andany says no I did it right. Anyways they suck. I'll find amother place to get my brows & lashes done. Also noticed brows were uneven when I got home so I will never go back.
