Very very poor customer service skills. Checked in for 1230 told 0 wait and that I was next.... 2 people where taken after this that did not have appointments and who did not check in online. As if it is my fault someone was waiting and they didn't check in how they are suppose to in order to NOT wait. Saying your next to someone means exactly that. Not that they will wait 30 to 40 minutes. No thanks. Not to mention the standing at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to help me.

My daughter wanted her hair cut (1inch) My daughter's hair is at her butt. Figures she gets the new person. Anyways, I told the stylist to have my daughter stand while cutting her hair. She looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I've obviously gone to better salons. Only reason we went here was because the other salon we normally go to was closed. She finishes with my daughter, hardly anything taken off. $15.75 I believe is the basic cut price, I got charged $21.75 I did not realize it until I already paid. Apparently I got charged more for my daughter not wanting a shampoo. LOL it's funny because we weren't told the shampoo was included and when you don't want a shampoo, you get looked at like you have two heads!  Still not sure why I was charged more, nothing was explained to me at all. Very poor customer service skills. Do Not recommend this place!! Poor placement, little seating for waiting and way over priced for very inexperienced "stylist"

I went in today. My wait time was 15 minutes, not bad. Laura my stylist, lol I told her I wanted a trim, I wanted very little cut off the back and a good bit cut off the top. Laura started cutting she snipped twice and walked away to help a customer with their product line she was gone 10 minutes. Laura finishes cutting I asked her to cut more off the top and she gets an attitude with me . I get home and one side is 1/2 inch above the ear and the other side is 1 inch above the ear. She didn't get much of a tip. The smart style in Idaho is awesome. I couldn't make it there at this time but I won't go the this one in hinesville again.

Make an apointment wait for over an hour. Don't make an appointment wait for over and hour. Why do they even have apointments.

Shevonda is one of the best. I went with my hair in a crazy afro and she gave me a relaxer and it was awesome. I love it.
