They celebrate the cycle of seasons using local & organic produce, meats, dairy products and artisanal goods. Chefs John & Christina Salierno take pride in crafting menus from the seasonal harvest of farmers they know & trust. Using only the finest ingredients their meals are cooked in organic coconut oils & organic olive oils.
With Chef Christina's Portuguese roots, John's Brooklyn Melting pot & French, Indian & Mediterranean influences together they created a very unique menu. Share a local & organic meal with family & friends as you create lasting memories in a warm European setting.
