I can't say enough about aerial yoga with Dhaiza! Firstly, Le Spa Fit is such a comfortable, calming place to be, and the staff are all very welcoming and polite. You will feel great after one aerial yoga class, and you won't have a choice but to come back for more! I felt so stretched and relaxed throughout my whole body, and it is definitely a unique experience from typical yoga that I think everyone should try!

The instructor was amazing. I haven't had this much fun while finding peace in a long time. Found a Groupon that was perfect for areal yoga! I always wanted to try it and I loved it.
