Scam. As soon as I finished the second package all the results disappeared. I bought the Brazilian (med area) laser hair removal. Treatments seemed to be working fine for the first 11 treatments -- I had to shave maybe once every 6mo if I wanted to wear a bikini. But I got my last treatment about 3 months ago and all the hair is starting to grow back. I'd not been going too regularly because I live out of town, but I hadn't had a problem with doing that until I used up the last of my second package bought. I'm very unhappy with the reversal of results.

I am a health care provider and have very high standards. I've been getting services for 2 years at this location. The staff is professional and great at what they do. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this provider. You make an appointment, confirm your appointment and show up on time---that is a common courtesy. You are told up front if you don't show up or are late, what the consequences are. The person posting a bad review didn't follow the rules and didn't like the consequences. Again, common courtesy, not only to the provider but to other customers.

In the beginning everything was perfect, everyone was nice, the service was great etc, but towards the end not so much. I bought my laser hair removal package on Groupon so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. I spent over a week trying to schedule an appointment, but no one was ever there to answer the phone. I won't be going back and I'm not even done with all my treatments.

Giving this place 3 stars for now. I got a package laser session here for Christmas. The certificate was a piece of paper stating my package. A few months later when they could fit me in, I called to see if they could look up my package (that's already been paid for) because I couldn't find the piece of paper. The lady said she couldn't do anything bc she didn't know how to work their computer. Pretty frustrated because being able to access the computer should be part of the job. I told her I could show her a picture of the paper and or purchase this session additional/separate and she said she couldn't do either of that. I asked if she could call someone that knew how to access the computer and she said she couldn't do that either.... so I drove all the way out here (an hour from my house) for her to reschedule me another month out. Pretty frustrating since looking up my purchase should have been very easy.
