I am very upset and will never bring my children back. I was consulted by the dentist and he recommended that my child get silver caps on her front teeth as the other option was white filings that have the potential to chip away and with my daughter being a thumb sucker, who picks at her teeth, the dentist recommended the silver caps and I agreed. When we returned for the precedure, the dentist changed course and filed her teeth down , did white fillings, left a huge gap between her front teeth where she didn't have a gap before and did NOT consult her father or me or ask Permission to change the previously agreed upon original plan of silver caps. Then apologized and said "I know we originally said silver caps, I know you didn't want to have to come back..." Yes that's exactly right. I,THE PARENT, chose the silver caps upon recommendation from YOU, the dentist, who then decided on his own to change course without consulting the parents. I'm very upset. My daughter is already picking at the white fillings and we will ultimately have to find another dentist to put caps anyways. More lost work, wages and vacation days on my part to have this very avoidable situation be fixed. Which is why I opted for the caps in the first place. I've never been so upset. I'm shocked and dismayed at Leap Dentistry. 

And please save me from the generic response the company post on every review with a complaint:

The staff is so friendly. I don't feel compelled to go to the back with my kids. They feel at ease coming and leaving the dentist.

I could not imagine a better place for my child to attend the dentist! The staff is awesome and my little girl loves it so much that she now says she wants to be a dentist when she grows up:)

Do NOT take your child here!!! All he sees is dollar signs! I was told my child needed 8 crowns/caps! I took her for a 2nd opinion, & all she needed was 1filling!!! He wants the money! 2 other dentist i spoke with said he should be arrested for fraud! Plus he wont allow you back there with them! Even if they are baby/ toddlers!!! BEWARE of DR. BEVANS!!!!!!!
