Our professional agents have been representing buyers and sellers in North Central Washington for over twenty years, including Leavenworth, Wenatchee, Lake Wenatchee, Cashmere, Peshastin, and Dryden. We had a great experience with Dan. Even with a difficult situation with the people we bought the house from, he was able to keep things simple and easy for us. We've used a lot of Realtors from different local areas as we looked for our perfect house, and Dan really stood out to us. He was not pushy and let us take our time and was always there with any information or local knowledge for us.

Dan Acton was as professional and as on top of the game as you could want from a real-estate agent. Any information I was seeking that he did not know off-hand he was quick to research and get back to me. I highly recommend his skills.

I really enjoyed working with Dan. Years ago we bought our home through him. Our expirience was so stress free and we felt like we were well represented. Recently when my wife and I decided to sell our home, we decided to use Dan again. We are so glad we did. Thanks Dan

Dan Acton is approachable and very attentive to what my family needs were. He is very knowledgable of the area. After our experience with Dan I wouldn't go with anybody else in the upper valley. Now that my in-laws are moving to leavenworth I told them to use Dan to represent them. We are very happy in our new home; thanks Dan!
