We couldn't have been happier about our experience with Devin Carver.  She made our house sale super easy and straightforward.   The packets she put together really showcased our farm and it's charm.   She was always available to answer questions for us and responded quickly.  I always felt she was genuine in our conversations and felt confident that no matter what happened, she'd make sure we got the best outcome.   She even went the extra mile to help out long distance buyers whose realtors couldn't come to see the house.  We would happily work with Devin again for our next purchase or sale!

Outstanding professional brokers. The staff and owner are extremely welcoming from the second you walk in the door to the time you walk out. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your real estate transaction is as seamless as possible. Will definitely be referring friends and family.

I bought a house being sold by Chelsea Mack, who works here. It was a complete and utter hassle, 90% of which was her fault. She did nothing to prepare the home for sale and lied about it being financible. She drug her feet for every little thing and had no clue what she was doing. It took over three months to close because nothing was getting done!  When she was supposed to get paperwork signed by her client, she went to a bar! My realtor had to take over in some of her tasks just to get to closing, for which she "forgot" about ordering the final inspection! We missed out on having two holidays and two birthdays in our new home, all because of her!  I may be on the buying side of it but the home I bought had been on the market for almost a year before I looked at it, which is ridiculous. She did nothing to help them sell or get ready for a sale. I'm so incredibly angry at her and will be for a long time. NEVER use Windermere and NEVER use Chelsea Mack!

First time buying a home and had a great experience going through Windermere. Very honest and experienced in their field. I would definitely recommend.

The agents here are untrustworthy and will work with you for a few day and in one agents case a few weeks before deciding there to busy with other clients to work with you after you waste your time
