Talbot Buys helped us so much when we wanted to move our policies to another company. We needed insurance on our home, our automobiles, our hunting camp condo, ATV’s at the hunting camp, and an umbrella policy. Talbot was very knowledgeable and he was always ready an able to answer any and all of our questions. He took our calls and responded to our emails and texts, usual within minutes. We greatly appreciated that. He found us good rates and he took time to write all the details in a thorough email, to clearly and completely explain each policy to us. I recently had an incident where my mortgage company made an error in my yearly escrow tally and statement showing that I owed over $1,000.00 dollars by May 1st and that my monthly note would go up about $60.00 per month. Talbot Buys of Hennessey, Thames & Leavitt had originally helped me with insurance coverage and helped me (with numerous calls and a lot of digging) to finally figure out the error and it is being corrected by my mortgage company. Five stars for Talbot Buys who is a professional from the word go to the last goodbye. Excellent customer service. Wish more companies had such employees that really care for the customers needs. Thanks again to Talbot!

We are so grateful we have a LOCAL insurance agent to help us through a difficult experience. Jared Thames has been so easy and professional to work with. His adjusters have been attentive and helpful too. If you have to file a claim, you will definitely want Hennessey, Thames & Leavitt working for you.

My insurance rates have risen constantly over the past few years. Talbot Buys ask me to give him a shot at my business and I agreed. I felt like there was really no way he could do anything different that what we already have. Thankfully I was very mistaken. Talbot was able to secure me insurance at a much lower rate that I previously had with better coverage. Talbot is my nephew and I do not believe in simply giving someone my business I believe if someone wants my business they have to earn it. Jared Thames helped me with my home and auto insurance. He made the process easy to understand, answered all my questions, and was able to increase my coverage while saving me money!!
