If you want to be Misdiagnosed like I was go here.If you want Shannon Ramono to check you out, Then call child services on you because she Misdiagnosed you (trying to discredit you) go here. By the way After their investigation (Child services) Knows they we're lied to. And we have them on recording saying the investigation was "Unfounded"And I only saw her one time. Thank God the truth will always surface!!

Physician Asst (Jason) and Nurse practitioner (Shannon?) are great but Doctor Susan Swekshop (spelling?) is not very friendly. She doesn't want to listen to what you have to say, she only wants short answers to her very terse questions. Maybe its because I'm a male, but I get the impression that she wants her office to be a "women-patient-only" office. She has the personality of one of those women that never got asked out on a date in high school (look at her and you'll see why) and is now taking it out on the world by being condescending to men. If she had been born a male, she probably would've been a cop.

Most of the staff here is great. But with my last experience, I don't think I'll be returning here. My doctor started to argue with me over little stuff, and it eventually got to the point where I was just going to get up and leave. She's also one of those people who thinks they know exactly what's going on in your mind, but have not the slightest clue. Other than that and the wait time its a pretty good facility. May have been a personal experience, but that's just my 2¢.

I would stay away unless you want a incompetent Physician's assistant examining you,then misdiagnosing you, again I would stay away, especially from Shanon Romano .Do yourself a favour go to Doctor somewhere else not someone less educated.Avoid this Place!! Thanks for reading

I started at Lederach Family Medicine in January 2013. I have had nothing but good to say about them. I see Shannon Romero and she is very caring about my health and takes the extra time if need to explain to me about my test results, etc. I am diabetic. All of the nurses and staff personnel in the front area are friendly, courteous and professional. When a referral is needed, I have never had a problem with going to the specialist and it already being done. They keep me up to date on all my test results. I have nothing but very high praise for all the people at Lederach Family Medicine.
