I’ve had bad experiences with the staff there. On one occasion I was left that as I was inquiring about the services that the office offered. Most recently, as I was leaving an appointment I double checked with the receptionist as to the procedure for picking up my prescription. I was reassured that there that the prescription was electronically sent to my pharmacy, whose address I double checked. On my way home I drove to the pharmacy, inquired therein, and was told that they had not yet received the script. I asked them to text me when the prescription was filled and went home. An hour and a half later, I called the pharmacy to check on the status of my prescription. They told me they still have not received the prescription from the doctors office. When I called tri-Valley, I was told that they did not send the prescription in. I was given a simple, “I’m sorry“ as an explanation. Incompetence of this level should not be tolerated.

The service provided at this office is laughable. From the doctors, to the office manager, to the receptionist....they are all incompetent. They barely spent 2 minutes with my husband and then sent his testing orders to the wrong lab. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where you will truly be cared for.

A nurse practitioner is NOT the same thing as a doctor. Why should I spend $$$ for multiple visits and prescriptions and STILL not feel 100%? I used to think this place was good - and it is - but only for checkups; not illnesses
