I recently ate there and I am happy with their customer service. The staff was friendly and greeted with a smile and through out the interaction maintained a smile and professionalism. The food was at a great price and tasted fantastic. The atmosphere was a friendly one. It is a beautifully decorated restaurant. They serve both Chinese and Korean food from what I seen on the menu.

Patiently waited about 5 minutes to be seated even though there was only one other couple in the entire restaurant. Sat at our table about 20 minutes without be acknowledged. Waitress came in and out of the kitchen 3 times looking right at us each time. We still had menus in front of us and no drinks, which should have been a giveaway that we hadn’t been helped. Another couple came in and was seated  and given drinks immediately. We ended up getting up a walking out.

Don't like that I have to pay before I sit down including the tip.  I always tip based on service but here you tip before you get the food.  Otherwise the meal was very good

I typically order General Tso chicken and have yet to be disappointed. The bar however....that's a different story. Flat beer, wrong beer brought to table and when a friend ordered a whiskey and Coke (Pepsi since they don't carry Coke products...yuck) she got a glass with about 4 shots of whiskey and a separate glass of Pepsi. Someone seriously needs to look into who's running that bar, get someone who is trained to run a bar, and maybe check those tap lines.
