Thought I had torn a retina, of course on a Friday night. Was able to get in right away. The attending PA, Mr. Koch, was extremely competent, confident, and explained everything very well. He was able to arrange an ophthalmologist appointment for the morning. His diagnosis was spot on as confirmed by the ophthalmologist the following day. A big plus, is being able to go home and wait until called for your appointment instead of sitting in the waiting room.

Very patient and understanding with my grand mother and her needs. The staff was friendly and helpful and very informative. Wish they could teach my grandmas primary care physician a thing or two about how bedside manner is supposed to be. They were great. Oh and grandma loved the coffee. 😀

Provider was extremely helpful and respectful. The staff were busy and I had a wait a little while and the provider made a point to check on me between patients and ask if they was anything he could help with while I waited for him. The MA was super nice as well. Legacy GoHeaoth urgent care is the only place I will go

I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable-which has happened at other health facilities in the past. Received prompt care, and they made sure I understood everything clearly. I'm feeling much better now, and if I need urgent care in the future I'll be sure to come to this location. Also, it was extremely clean and there's a Walgreens literally across the parking lot. Great location!

I received excellent care at this clinic for a suspicious looking mole. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen almost immediately. My NP was named Erin, and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and pretty too! She removed my mole and sent it in for a biopsy, which I received the report for a few days after. Great experience all around.
