My girlfriend was looking for a reliable cheaper used car (~7k). We we're just driving by and figured we would stop in. Upon getting in there there's a lady standing at the counter who we weren't sure if she worked there not and she just kind of stared at us when we walked in. She didn't say anything to us until we said something to her. She seemed very annoyed by us and our questions. She really made my girlfriend feel demeaned. This was especially disappointing because we were referred by good friend. I feel bad leaving a one-star review on just a short experience but it is important for other people to know this. Also the opportunity for a longer experience has now been lost.

Great service and trustworthy management.  Glad I can trust my vehicle being serviced here.   Warranty work performed here was prompt, accurate, and loaner vehicle was already ready for me.

We were traveling from Virginia on vacation and got a flat tire on our Ford Explorer. Upon arrival at Lehighton Ford, the General Manager greeted us; he quickly coordinated a plan of action. The service manager, John Krebs, was able to acquire matching tires and install them in just a few hours. But what was most remarkable was how personable and accommodating the entire service team was. John personally drove us to Jim Thorpe so we could take the time to explore the town while our car was being serviced. A cell phone call determined the pick up location to return to the dealership then we were on our way! We would highly recommend Lehighton Ford for all of your automotive needs!
