Mom & Pop store with low pressure sales staff who know their stuff. My deep freezer but the dust after 25 years and it was full to the brim. Needed a new one ASAP and the local chain who was $80 cheaper couldn't deliver it for three more days. I would have had to throw out over a thousand dollars worth of food. Saltzer had it delivered the same day I bought it.

Very helpful. Better prices, warranties, service than big box stores. Bought washer in morning, clothes being washed  by 2.

We purchased a kitchen suite of appliances along with a washer and dryer.  I wanted to change washer and dryer.  They offered to give me a very generous credit and sell me the new ones at a good price.  Although the more,I thought about it I kept my first choice, I was very please with their response.  They were wonderful to deal with start to finish and beyond.
