My wife and I, just closed and moved into the most beautiful condo in Somerville, and can not say enough wonderful things about Mike, Mia, Bernadine  and the entire team at Lembu!! 

This was our first real estate purchase, and as you can imagine, having saved for years and years, a bit of a scary and very new process for us both.  That being said, the team went above and beyond to explain every step of the process in easy to digest terms, always made time for our questions, calls, and to meet with us in person.  They helped us negotiate and truly represented us as the buyer in the entire process.  

More importantly, the expertise and friendliness of the team were unparalleled! Mia was incredibly flexible with her timing, agreeing to meet us at all hours and to make herself available to let in vendors that needed measurements before our move in date.

The lawyer Mike recommended, Jason Cohen, truly did a fantastic job, and was accessible at all hours to assist, responding instantly to all emails and priced his work extremely fairly.

I cannot say enough good things about Lembu. If you are buying your 10th property or your first, this is the team you want on your side.

I had a very short window of time to purchase a home, and Lembu's team really hustled to meet my timeline. They thoroughly answered all of my questions, patiently showed me multiple properties with lots of different features, and provided 5-star service from my initial conversation through the day I moved in. I have purchased other homes in the past, but Lembu's service was in a completely different league.

I happened to meet Jess while rock climbing in Somerville. When she told me she was  a realtor, I immediately started asking questions. My fiancé and I had been looking at renting apartments, and slowly realized that we should buy. Jess answered all my questions...how does the process go, is buying a condo a good idea, who what when where why?! Several weeks later, Jess came by my house with a binder full of information. She went through all of the sections with us, and happily answered all of our questions.

Eventually, she set us up in the MLS system so that we could get e-mails about new listings. We spent a few weeks watching the market, and favorite-ing listings that were in our budget and locations. Jess made an itinerary for us to to see a couple locations in Medford/Malden. She also made us a customized binder! It had each listing included, so we could see more details and not forget when we went home. It was perfect.

After seeing around 6 places (a tiring day) we arrived at our last location. We really loved it...so that evening we called Jess to put an offer in. With her help and consultation (and 2 more offers later), our offer was accepted! 

Using Jess's recommendations, we chose a bank and a lawyer (but used our own inspector), and loved working with all of them. The rest of the process went so smoothly...they kept warning us of road blocks and stress, and it just never came! The sellers were great to work with, did everything we asked, and the final walk-through went smoothly. We just closed yesterday, and now we are homeowners!

Jess listened to our wants and needs, didn't every push us, she steered us when we asked, and gave us her 2 cents without overwhelming us our changing our minds. Whether you are a new buyer or an old hand at buying property, I would definitely recommend working with Jess Cohen through Lembu Real Estate!
