I was grateful to have William Jones as my realtor. You WILL NOT find another realtor who knows the game like he does - and plays it on YOUR team. He was able to find the sweet spot between what we wanted, what we could afford, and what was available in the market. He is a straight shooter and a hard worker. He was always knowledgeable punctual which I really appreciated. With our family growing, we will be looking to buy/sell another house soon ... and I'm not calling anybody but William Jones. I'd strongly suggest you do the same!

I had a very disappointing experience working with William Jones. I was trying to rent a property and he was representing the landlords. He never did his homework in understanding he process on renting that particular unit. He was never prepared with any documents that was asked for. He would promise that he will send a document or return a phone call but would only happen after I asked him few times. When I asked for lease document he sent me a template with nothing filled. When I asked for HOA application, he sent it to me without reading it himself as he was suppose to provide some other document along with it. There was a clause in the initial contract that the renter will pay repairs below $150. He was not able to clearly explain it to me. I tried to negotiate it and later settle on what they asked for. His later said that we were rejected because we negotiated a clause. I am not sure if a realtor is allowed to say something like this. After asking for clarification, we were told that owners are selling the home. We are successful Indian America's, Solid Corporate jobs, Strong financial status, Crystal clear background. Not even a ticket on our record so I don't see any reason to be rejected. Not sure how he portrayed us that possibly ticked the owner off. He wasted 3 days of our time. Charged us $70 in the name of background check, later ask us for our pay stubs(sent via email). I had to prepare ton of documents for the HOA approval. We didn't get the unit and now I am worried about possible identity theft. Stay away from him. You can find someone else to represent you.

We had a terrible experience with William K Jones for a rental property located in 145 Emerald Creek Way. We were asked for numerous documents like present and past personal history, pay stubs, employment details, bank statements, money orders and other confidential sensitive information. After all this back and forth, the broker and the owner informed us about another NEW “rental clause” which they would have mentioned early on. We tried to assess, negotiate and work with it but they flipped and backed out. Upon asking, they had an excuse that the owners had a terrible past experience etc etc. Not to mention, we have an excellent credit score, solid corporate jobs and solid financial status. So, now I am thinking, they were trying to get more money from us. Also, the realtor has no document ready. Upon asking for rental agreement, he sent us a blank document. He was trying to delay each and every process. This was very unprofessional of the Realter and this realty company. Why keep the tenants in dark? Why not present all your clauses at first? Why ask for all the confidential information and waste tenants time? I would never recommend this reality company to anyone.
