I've used this service twice and could not be happier such a business exists. It completely eases my mind to auto shop across the country with Lemon Squad. They completed such a thorough job; including expertise in documenting evidence of pros & cons of each car. They had no problem bending over backwards to comply with my over needy requests to attempt and hunt out as much vehicle service history as possible. And they even dealt professionally with the dealership who gave them run around with a car not ready yet. Thanks again guys!

Although they do catch most of the Issues with Used Cars and are quick at getting the reports completed i have had some problems with 3 Reports of the 5 Reports I ordered. The first report showed the Lemon Squad obviously did not check every buttom in the car as I knew from the seller that the car had aftermarket struts installed which would disable the Suspensions Button for Adjustable Ride Control. When pressing the button to switch from Tour to Sport Mode the car will Flash Tour and remain in Tour mode when a fault is detected per Owners Manual. This was NOT caught by the Lemon Squad and there response was they are NOT eductaed on all the specifics of every vehicle out there. ??? The second report ordered on an 88 35th Anniversary Corvette there was no note or picture that the numbered Anniversary Badge on the center console was no longer there just the holes and mounting back plate. When my concern as if this was a fake anniversary edition car or not was pointed out to the Lemon Squad they suggested I check the Anniversary website for vehicle listings or contact the dealer to see if the option code was listed per the vehicle vin number.??? My fifth report I requested a picture of the Drivers Side Seat Bolster in notes and never got that pic. When I contacted the Lemon Squad I was told they did picture the Bolster of the Seat Bottom Cushion? When I search Google for Seat Bolster all the pic's I get refer to Back Rest Seat Bolster! I recieved a call back offering a refund of $20.00 for not getting the picture I requested and asking me never use there site again?? Maybe Andy needs to rethink what they consider good Customer Service to be because I think he is missing here!!!
