I love this salon so much. Everyone is friendly, and very professional. They treat you well and  you feel like you left a spa when you leave. My hair cuts and colors have been totally on spot every time. The stylist communicates well with me and helps me figure out the details of what I am looking for.

I've been there 3 times. My first experience was awesome and Sarah did exactly what I wanted with my hair. The second time I had another girl who made me sit for 3 hours while my hair "processed" when all she had to do was put BLEACH have highlights in and sit for 20 minutes. Since I told her I needed to leave because it is as taking too long she then said she needed to tone it so it wouldn't look odd since she only highlighted the roots. THEN she made me pay for the toning even though it was her fault I sat there for 3 hours with no results and yes I still payed the $150 she charged me on top of that. The 3rd time a DIFFERENT girl- I showed her a picture of brown and blonde highlights and she turned my hair grey! I didn't notice until I got home because of the lighting in the salon and when I went back to have her fix it she asked " so it's TOO grey for you?!" Are you serious!!!!! Like I asked for grey to begin with and proceeded to tell me that I wanted my hair grey to begin with. Worst salon I've ever been too and WAY TOO HIGH PRICED for the satisfaction you leave with or lack there of. Will never refer this salon to anyone and definitely will go out of my way to speak my opinion about it.
