used to live here it was quite well depending on who moved near you the people in the park are nice the rent is cheap the only complaint it the maintenance man who does not do his job at all and if he does, he does it very badly just drive throw the trailer park and you see yourself how it falling apart if you can find him and tell him about your problem he give you a attitude and he picks fight with everybody i had a sink that was starting to clog simple job it took him a week for him too get to it and when he did he left halfway thru and when i talk to him about it wondering when he finish he try to pick a fight with me then after that he didn't get back to it two months later i try to contact the owner about it but you never can get to her then a kid got hurt since the steps was falling apart he seen them didn't care and the kid who lived there got hurt on them and was sent to the hospital with a big cut on his forehead it was the middle of the summer very hot lady down from me needed her cooler fix he look at it said he needed to order the part it takes a month to order a part i don't think so and he could have went to the hardware store for that part it just he didn't wanted to people there are starting to replace stuff that supposed to be replace since they are paying rent that how it go stuff like stoves refrigaraters stuff like that that they are supposed to replace and the list just keeps going well you can live here just don't bother trying to get anything fix he seem nice at first so they can get your money but once you are here you are screwed so if they get rid of him and got a real guy who can fix it then it be so much a better place to live
